Council meetings are held at the Harley Township Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. on the Second Tuesday of every month.
Meetings are open to the public, however please take notice of Schedule A, Section 17 of the Procedural By-Law No. By-law 2025-17 which states “persons desiring to present information verbally on matters of fact or make a request of Council shall give notice to the Clerk not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of the meeting of the Council”
If you have a topic of discussion you would like to bring up at the next meeting, please register by submitting an email through our Contact Us page, or submit a written request to the Harley Township Office. Please ensure you include your name, address, phone number, number of delegates, and most importantly the items you wish to discuss at the meeting.
