Terry Phillips, Reeve, congratulating Marjorie Willard on all her years of service for cleaning the Kerns Hall. Lise Lachapelle, Assistant Clerk-Treasurer was happy to present Marjorie with a bouquet and a special gift. Marjorie is now retired from her duties as janitor for Kerns Township.
