Meetings are open to the public, however please take notice of Schedule A, Section 17 of the Procedural By-Law No. By-law 2020-06 which states “persons desiring to present information verbally on matters of fact or make a request of Council shall give notice to the Clerk not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of the meeting of the Council”
