Take notice that the Township of Harley has deemed Application Z01-2024 application complete and will hold a Public Meeting to consider Application Z01-2024 on August 13th, 2024 at 7:30PM in the Council Chambers of the Township of Harley, in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c. ONLINE TAX PAYMENTS

The Township of Harley now accepts Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) payments from the following major financial institutions for property taxes:

 

  • Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
  • Toronto-Dominion (TD)
  • Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank)
  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)
  • Caisse Populaire Desjardins

 

To pay property taxes by EFT, residents will first need to add the Township of Harley as a Payee in the bill payment section of their financial institution’s website. Current payee names for each corresponding financial institution are as follows1:

In addition to the Payee name, residents will also require their Roll Number. This 19-digit number can be found in the top right-hand corner on a recent property tax bill or receipt (5426-###-###-#####-####) and should be entered as per your financial institution’s instructions.  Please note, that each roll number must be paid separately. Residents owning multiple properties must set up multiple payees.

Fire Permit

The Township of Harley offers fire permits free of charge. Small campfires in fire pit do NOT require a permit.  Any uncontained burning requires a permit.  Please fill out the application and return it to the Municipal office (email – admin@harley.ca or  in person at 903303 Hanbury Road). Please plan ahead to allow sufficient time for the application to be approved.
